Day one for me is in the books. I am not going to lie, after a 13.1 mile run on Sunday, the legs were a little sore. I decided to do the interval run, goal 3 in your weekly workout sheet. I did the intervals and included the walking (on a normal day I will not walk). I also did a good bit of stretching to get out the lactic acid from my legs. It was a definitely a good decision to help me recover. See you tomorrow.
