Made it the first two weeks

Pain! Well, I made it through the first two weeks of training and I can’t stop thinking about the pain! OUCH! After my first workout last week with the FOX43 Get Fit team at Phases (include link to Phases here), I felt great until I woke up the next morning – I could barely move!

This week was a crazy work week! We had to stay at a hotel for several days because of Hurricane Sandy, but that didn’t stop our workouts! I hit the gym at the hotel several times and was able to fit in a workout with a trainer at the end of the week! I was exhausted, but realized it was all worth it when I did my weigh in … wait for it … I dropped five pounds over the past two weeks! Definitely the motivation to keep me moving!
