This past week was rough thanks to Thanksgiving and the flu, which turned into a cold that just doesn’t want to end. I really, really wanted to hit the gym last week especially because I was so inspired by our body fat/weight loss numbers – definitely don’t want to go backwards!
But, Mindy kept reminding me that I needed to chill. Definitely not easy for me, but I did what I was told – did an easy workout twice, but wasn’t able to do much else. Now, it’s Monday and I’m still sniffling and sneezing! So, I’m going to take one more day off before getting back into the workout routine tomorrow (hopefully). Tomorrow’s the big time group workout with our Phases trainers – definitely a rough way to get back into the swing of things!
