A daring daylight burglary in Cumberland County. It happened sometime between 10:45 am and 12:15 pm at a home in the 800 block of Hillside Drive in Wormleysburg Borough. West Shore Regional Police say the homeowner returned home to discover that someone had broken a pane of glass in a back door to gain entry. Once inside the person or persons took cash and jewelry.
Police are asking anyone who may have seen any suspicious person or persons in the area or who may have any information regarding the crime to contact West Shore Regional Police at (717) 238-9676.
