Police in Cumberland County are searching for those responsible for damaging tombstones dating back to the 1800’s. Four graves in the Camp Hill cemetery belonging to children of soldiers who died in the Civil War were destroyed. Police say they aren’t sure when the vandalism took place, and believe it may have been weeks ago. The borough plans to repair the markers, but officials say it could be difficult given how old they are.
