Week 5 – GET FIT Holiday Food
So the holidays are here! Time for holiday food for the next couple of week and this is my MAJOR weakness. I love to cook my butt off this time of the year, but, with GET FIT, I’m going to change up the menu and make things that will help with the process of losing the belly. From eating wings/beer, cookies, and cakes to salads and more fruit. This will help me lose this belly and feel better about myself.
Starting this year, I’m going to focus on portion control, too. That means, at parties, make a plate and leave room! Let’s be honest, I’m still having my wine with dinner but, red is better! I think taking these step will help me in the long run.
