Police need help locating two women wanted for questioning in credit card fraud at two Target stores in Cumberland County. The two suspects entered the Target in Mechanicsburg on Nov. 20 and made numerous purchases using a stolen credit card.
The women then drove to Target in Carlisle and made several other purchases with the card.
