Two trucks collide in front of the diesel tanks at the Rutters’ off Exit 32 of I-83 in Newberry Township, creating a mess. A propane tank was punctured and crews were dealing with the cleanup. I-83 North is shutdown at Exit 28. It appears one tractor trailer was parked and drifted into another tanker truck. There may have been fuel spilled from the trucks as well.
