What started as a call for a cardiac arrest, ends as a homicide investigation for police in Lancaster County.
Around 3:00 Sunday morning, East Lampeter Township police were dispatched to the Budget Host Inn on the 2100 block of Lincoln Highway East.
When they arrived, found the victim dead on the floor of the lobby.
Police believe the victim died from injuries sustained in the rear parking lot of the motel. The investigation has been ruled a homicide.
The name of the victim is not being released until the family is notified.
