York City Police identify a suspect in the midday shooting of 21 year old Manuel Pichardo-Delarosa, of York. It happened in the area of the 300 block of West Princess Street. Pichardo-Delarosa was shot once in the face. He is in York Hospital.
Investigators have an arrest warrant for 17 year old Reymond Rivera-Morales on a Criminal Attempt to Commit Homicide and Aggravated Assault charge. Anyone with knowledge of Rivera-Morales whereabouts is asked to contact York City Police at (717)849-2219.
