The Dallas Cowboys player arrested for intoxicated manslaughter is out of jail. Josh Brent posted his $500,000.00 bond Monday. He told a group of reporters that he was trying to deal with the death of his best friend and fellow teammate, Jerry Brown. Brown was killed in a car crash Saturday morning. Police say Brent was driving the car under the influence when it hit a curb, flipped and caught fire. If convicted, Brent could face up to 20 years in prison.
