UPDATE: York City police identify the victim in a shooting that happened just before noon as 21-year-old Manuel Pichardo-Delarosa, of York. Pichardo-Delarosa suffered a single gun shot to the face. He is being treated at York Hospital. There is no word on his condition. Police are on the scene of a shooting on the 300 block of West Princess Street in York. Crime scene tape surrounds a residence and there is blood visible on the sidewalk. Police on the scene aren’t saying much at this time. The call went out right around noon.
