They’re getting into the Christmas spirit at the state capitol. State employees dropping off gifts for more than 200 Pennsylvania families, as part of their Annual Holiday Wish Gift Drive. The Holiday Wish program was started in 1989 by a small group of Department of Public Welfare employees. It has since grown to include hundreds of employees in several departments.
