Former Penn State Vice President, Gary Schultz, filed a writ of summons against former Penn State legal counsel, Cynthia Baldwin. According to the Centre Daily Times that summons means Schultz plans to sue Baldwin for negligence. Schultz, along with Tim Curley and Graham Spanier claim they were led to to believe that Baldwin was legally representing them, but Baldwin says she was there only in the interests of Penn State. Schultz faces charges for his role in dealing with the Jerry Sandusky scandal.
