New Hearing Request

Jerry Sandusky’s defense attorneys file new documents looking to get an evidentiary hearing.  Sandusky’s defense  says they weren’t given enough time to prepare for trial.  Defense attorney, Joe Amendola, is requesting a hearing before trial judge, John Cleland, to present testimony and exhibits that support the defense’s claims.  Sandusky is serving a 30 to 60 year sentence for sexually abusing ten young boys.
