Keystone Works Bill

Governor Corbett at Schugt Manufacturing in Dover, York county Tuesday.  He was there ceremoniously signing a bill that helps unemployed Pennsylvanians gain new skills in hopes they will be able to find a job.  The Keystone Works Bill was sponsored by State Rep. Stan Saylor of York.  It gives those out of work training opportunities through an employer but lets them continue to receive unemployment benefits.
