Pennsylvania State Police Troopers responding to a domestic assault had a knife pulled on them by the suspect. It happened Sunday night at a residence located at 49 Cardinal Drive in South Middleton Township. Police say Roger Moore, 39, of Mechanicsburg, had choked and hit a 38 year-old woman in the back of her head. The victim fled the residence and called police. Moore then pulled a knife on the two troopers who took the call and proceeded to lock himself in a bathroom. The troopers forced entry and took Moore into custody without further incident. Moore is currently in Cumberland County Prison on charges of Aggravated Assault, Simple Assault, Harassment, and Terroristic Threats.
