West Manchester Township Police are investigating the theft of a donation canister from the Rutter’s on Kenneth Road. It happened Wednesday morning at around 1:30 a.m.
The man in the photos below took the charity donation jar and left in a white SUV. Anyone with information is asked to contact Officer Jason Gracey at 717-792-9514.

He is driving an SUV – how desperate for this can of donations could he truly be?

I like the 8th photo. Looks like he is a running back with a football. That can better be worth the jail time for this loser!

It looks like this guy switched his hat ? Some photos show him with a light colored hat … Some show him with a camo looking hat ? ? ?
