Great sunshine to warm us up after a frosty start this morning. A moisture starved disturbance arrives tonight, producing nothing more than a few high clouds for us. It will be another night for an extra blanket, lows will drop into the high teens and lower 20s.
We’ll end the week with more sunshine. Winds will be brisk and may gust up to 30 mph at times. So even though highs will be warmer in the mid 30s, it will feel colder with the breezy conditions. It will be a quiet night with clear skies and calmer winds. Lows will drop into the lower 20s.
High pressure continues to dominate into the start of the weekend. Expect to see quite a bit of sunshine to start off Saturday then the clouds will increase later in the afternoon and evening as a disturbance arrives from the west. A brief dip in the jet stream and some upper level energy will swing through for Sunday. Saturday highs should get into the mid and upper 30s. Sunday with the clouds and possibly a few light snow flurries early, temps will reach the mid 30s.
A nice warm up headed our way as a ridge of high pressure builds in. Expect temperatures to get into the 40s. Looks like the dry weather pattern will remain in place with no storms to talk about. Next system doesn’t arrive until Thursday and it looks to bring rain.
Have a nice night!
