If you are planning a trip this weekend, keep in mind you will be paying more to drive on the Pennsylvania Turnpike.

The toll rates will increase this Sunday by 10 percent for cash customers and 2 percent for EZ Pass customers.

The new rates are expected to generate approximately 25 million dollars in new revenue in 2013. It will not only benefit the turnpike but all the roads and highways in Pennsylvania.  With these new rates, EZ Pass users will pay about 25 percent less than cash customers.
