Report: Kelly to stay at Oregon and not go to Eagles

Various sources are reporting that Oregon Head Coach Chip Kelly has informed the Eagles that he will be staying at the school and not making a jump to the NFL.  Kelly met with the Eagles about their vacant head coaching position after Andy Reid was fired.
