WARMER STILL:  I think Mother Nature took offense to me yesterday, so she held the clouds a lot longer than I had forecasted.  Lesson learned: don’t bad talk mama nature!  Today, we should enjoy much more sunshine and even milder air!  How does a dry day with mid 40s sound to you?  Tonight we’re back to the chill with mainly clear skies and temps falling to the middle 20s.

NOT DONE YET:  A ridge of warm air is pushing northbound into PA through the rest of the week.  One exception comes later Wednesday as a disturbance passes to our north and tries to ripple in some colder air for Thursday.  So here’s how it shapes up.

Wednesday, we’ll see a few more clouds and highs will hit…….50°!  Wow.

Thursday, we’re a bit cloudier with a bit of northwesterly flow holding temps in the middle 40s.

Friday, we’re a tad warmer but it comes with a cost: mainly cloudy skies and some shower activity.  Our next system slides in from the southwest.  It won’t rain all day long, but there will be pockets of rain through the day, on and off.

SPRING LIKE WEEKEND:  As Friday’s system scoots northeast, we’re left with some clouds and more warm air funneling into the commonwealth.  Highs will be in the middle 50s Saturday and right now we look dry.

Sunday, we’ll watch an elongated system bringing rain to the mid-state.  We’re still warm with temps in the upper 50s for highs with plenty of clouds to go around.

The rain and mild air looks to stick around into Monday.  We have a chance at some colder air settling in behind the wet weather by the middle part of next week.  We’ll be watching for it!

Here’s to a terrific Tuesday folks!
