Actor Josh Brolin spent some time behind bars on New Years Day after being arrested for public intoxication.  Police in Santa Monica, CA picked up Brolin just before midnight on January 1, 2013. He was released at 7:00 that morning. According to TMZ, Brolin did not receive a citation and will not have to appear in court.
