Parade Float Driver is not Indicted

A grand jury decided not to indict the driver of a parade float that was hit by a train last November killing four veterans, including Marine Chief Warrant Officer Gary Stouffer of Perry County.  That means no criminal charges will be filed against the driver, but he’s still facing some civil lawsuits.  The driver’s lawyer says his client is struggling to cope with what happened at that this incident is more traumatic for him than his tours in Iraq and Afghanistan.
