The NHL is back.   The question is, will fans be back to watch them play?   The Pittsburgh Penguins are offering a powerful incentive to their fans, free food!   For the first four home games, the Pens will offer free concessions and 50% off their merchandise.   We’re not talking about just french fries either.  Some of the items will include hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken sandwiches, nachos, popcorn, pretzels, salads and fountain drinks.
