On January 2nd, Lebanon City Police were dispatched to the 1400 block of Elm Street in Lebanon City. The resident told officers a package had been stolen from his front porch by an unknown suspect.

In an attempt to lure the suspect back, the victim placed a “dummy” package on his front porch and Tuesday afternoon, the suspect returned. The victim confronted the man, took his car keys and called police.
