
U.S. Marshals find and arrest a man wanted on a Homicide charge in Harrisburg. 26-year-old Stephen Davis was arrested Tuesday morning in Philadelphia. Davis is accused in the December 4, 2012 fatal shooting of 35-year-old Luis Diaz. Diaz was allegedly shot and killed execution style in his apartment in the 1100 block of Cloverly Road. An arrest warrant for Davis was issued the next day, December 5, 2012 by District Justice Lavon Postelle.
Charges against Davis include, Murder, Criminal Conspiracy to commit Murder, Burglary, Criminal Conspiracy to commit Burglary and Carrying a Firearm without a License. He is being held by Philadelphia Police pending his extradition to Harrisburg.

A little English lesson for Howard Sheppard. If Diaz is dead, he was NOT allegedly killed. He WAS Killed. However, Davis is the alleged perp if and until convicted. We can safely assume Diaz is still dead.
