One Kansas family is furious to say the least after someone stole their disabled dog’s wheelchair! Sammy lost the use of her back legs and needs wheels to get around. Last weekend, the family let the dog take a walk outside their home.
An hour later they found Sammy unable to move because someone had taken her wheels off! The family wants to know what kind of person would do such a thing.

Well, Boo-Hoo! If a disabled child's wheelchair were stolen, I'll bet none of the people reaching for their credit cards to replace this fleabag's wheelchair would offer one red cent!
