The National Weather Service in State College has issued a WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY until 11am tomorrow. Go to the following link for complete information: http://www.erh.noaa.gov/er/ctp/
The best chance for ice or snow accumulations will be north of the turnpike where 1 to 3 inches is possible. South of the turnpike, there will be more of a mix of rain, sleet and freezing rain. A slushy coating is possible.
Traveling will be tricky overnight into the morning commute. There could be some minor ice accumulations due to sleet and freezing rain. Winds will be light out of the east. Temperatures will be hovering right around 32 degrees.
Details may change and I will be sure to bring you the latest tonight at 6pm, 10pm and again at 11pm.
