A Florida man was arrested for a series of pranks he videotaped and put on the internet, but police say his latest one went too far.

Charles Ross was arrested after giving people wedgies at a movie theater.

One person didn’t think it was so funny and filed a battery charge against Ross.

Police there agree it’s battery, Dave Bristow of the Manatee Sheriff’s Office said, “It’s touching of another human being when that person does not want to be touched. This person did not want to get a wedgie, who would want to get a wedgie?”

Ross did offer an apology, saying “I’m sorry that someone got offended. It’s supposed to be a joke. Some people find humor and laugh at it others can’t.”

Despite his arrest, Ross says he will keep making videos.
