Pennsylvania State Police are investigating reports of Animal Cruelty in Swatara Township, Lebanon County. Troopers say 42-year old Monica Seigfried is accused of killing two of her cats and trying to kill a third one.
She used a rag soaked with spray lubricant and smothered the cats. Charges of Cruelty to Animals have been filed against Seigfried.

There should be a black list for people like her. They should take the cat thats still alive and she should never be able to owen another pet ever. The black should be nation wide.
