The San Francisco 49ers beat the Falcons, 28-24, in Atlanta to win the NFC Championship. They overcame a 17-0 deficit to get the win. The 49ers are coached by Jim Harbaugh, the brother of Ravens head coach, John Harbaugh.
San Francisco will play in Super Bowl 47 on Sunday, February 3rd.
