A reward of up to $1,000 is being offered for information leading to arrest of the person or persons responsible for shooting a cat with an arrow in Lancaster County. Mack the cat was hit with a field tipped arrow back on December 22nd in front of 334 Walnut Street in Bainbridge.
The arrow narrowly missed his brain and struck his sinuses, police said. It was successfully removed by an emergency veterinarian and Mack survived the attack. He is back home with his owner.
Witnesses told police they saw a silhouette of a person standing in the rear of Mack’s home before he was hit.
