Pennsylvania State Police are at the scene of a double fatal shooting in Franklin County. PSP responded to a call just before 5:30 Tuesday evening to a home in the 13000 block of Mar-Penn Avenue in Rouzerville. A PSP spokesperson confirms that two people, a man and a woman, are dead from apparent gunshot wounds. The Franklin County Coroner has been called to the scene.
State Police say the shooting was not random and neighors have nothing to fear. The investigation is ongoing.
