Frozen meat recall

B and D Foods has issued a voluntary recall for several cooked frozen meat products because of a potential Listeria contamination.

The affected meats include chicken, beef and pork that was produced on December 6.  The items were sold to distributors and manufacturers in Idaho, Oregon, Washington, Colorado, Montana, California and Ohio.  The items were not sold in grocery stores, but are used in restaurants and airlines.

I just hope the recall was done quickly enough. It would be disastrous if someone got sick because of the meat. On top of that, they should improve their quality inspection to avoid this happening again.
