Jose Gonzalez

Police have made an arrest in a 2012 shooting that left a Lebanon man paralyzed. Jose Gonzalez, 20, of Lebanon, is accused of shooting Jose Martinez in the neck last April at a party at Brookside Apartments. Martinez and Gonzalez apparently had an argument during the party that turned to a physical altercation. As a result of the shooting, Martinez has suffered permanent paralysis to his lower extremities.

Gonzalez is charged with Criminal Attempt to Commit Homicide and Aggravated Assault.  He was arraigned and placed in Lebanon County Correctional Facility on $1,000,000 bail.

He was already in the prison on unrelated charges.
