Amtrak crews are working to fully resolve the catenary issue just south of Baltimore, and have restored service at restricted speeds between Washington, D.C. and Baltimore.  Some trains were canceled or adjusted this morning due to this issue, with passengers accommodated on other scheduled trains.

Passengers should expect residual delays.  All scheduled trains are expected to operate this afternoon.
