Lancaster City police have arrested two people in connection with a drug sweep along Pershing Avenue on Friday morning. The sweep started around 8 a.m. and was focused on apprehending drug dealers.
Jesus Medina-Noriega Jr., 37, of 546 Pershing Avenue, is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia that is associated with the packaging of marijuana. Officers seized approximately $5,000 in cash and assorted electronics from his home.
Police also arrested Tywanna C. Brown, 33, of 544 Pershing Avenue for possession of drug paraphernalia that is associated with the packaging of cocaine.
