A Wormleysburg woman is charged after she punched a neighbor when they complained about the noise her kids were making. Jennifer Lee Winters, 25, is charged with simple assault for the incident which occurred on Jan. 23. It happened at an apartment building along the 300 block of South Front Street in Wormleysburg.
Police say a 46-year-old female neighbor came to Winters door around 9 p.m. and complained about her noisy kids.
An argument erupted and Winters allegedly punched the neighbor in the face causing injury to her lip.
Winters was arrested and taken to Cumberland County Prison.
She posted $1,000 bail and a preliminary hearing is set for February 27.

Ms. Waltz must have flunked English since the use of the word, "they" seems to tell me more than one person came to complain. How many people complained? She apparently punched a woman or did she punch one of two or more complainants.
