Police shot and killed a man who broke into a residence on Evergreen Street and held hostages with a machete this afternoon. Police made entry shortly after 2pm and shot and killed Ishmael Muhammad, 29. Muhammad was apparently high on PCP, according to police. It is unclear at this time what relationship, if any, Muhammad had to the hostages, an adult and a young child.
FOX43 is on the scene and will have more information as it is released.
The Dauphin County Crisis Response Team shot and killed man Monday in Harrisburg after he waved a machete and threatened two hostages, including a two-year-old girl.

BAN PCP! Oh, that's right, it already is – who'd of thunk it? It's becoming more & more obvious that banning things keeps the rest of us safe – wouldn't you agree??
