The National Weather in State College has cancelled the WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY for Franklin, Cumberland, Adams, York and Lancaster Counties but it continues for the counties still in purple.
Temperatures are still at or below freezing in the advisory area so freezing rain is still a concern.
Milder air is expected to move in changing the freezing rain to all rain this afternoon.
Untreated roads, walkways and surfaces may be slippery.
