A commonwealth judge heard arguments on Tuesday about what to do with the Wild West artifacts in Harrisburg.

Former mayor Stephen Reed bought the items for a Wild West Museum that never happened.

Mayor Linda Thompson field a lawsuit to try and force city controller Dan Miller to sign off on her plan to auction off the memorabilia.

Miller says the auction house fee must be approved by city council and the funds must be in the budget before he can sign it causing this argument.

Reports show the artifacts could bring an estimated six to ten million dollars to the city.
