Police respond to the scene of shooting in Harrisburg.  It happened a little after 10 o’clock Wednesday evening in the 1700 block of North Street.  Multiple shots were heard. The victim reportedly suffered a gunshot wound to the abdomen and was rushed to the hospital. So far no arrests, the investigation continues.
