A voluntary water restriction is in effect for Duncannon Borough in Perry County.  Borough Manager Tanuya Matter, says the restriction is due to low water supply caused by a leak somewhere in the system.  Crews are trying to locate the source of the leak.  The restriction affects approximately 1,000 people in the Borough.
