Firefighters say windy conditions were a challenge at a 2-alarm fire this morning in Penn Township. Fire broke out at the home at 499 Fruitville Pike just before 9am. A female resident was home at the time and noticed smoke in the rear of the house. The wind fanned the flames and caused the fire to spread up the walls to the attic. There were no injuries and firefighters believe the fire was accidental in nature.
