Wicked storm rips through the south

Part of a storm stretched a thousand miles spinning tornadoes in six states , from Missouri to Georgia,  leaving massive damage and killing several people.  Trees fell, homes were ripped apart, and drivers in some areas needed rescuing from their cars trapped in flood waters.   In Missouri, the storm knocked 48 train cars over.  In Georgia alone, about a hundred homes were damaged.
