Police investigating the homicide of Alan Wayne Hess on January 8th say they may have another clue. Someone stole a large flat screen television from the apartment at 248 West Walnut Street sometime during or after the killing. The television is described as a Toshiba 40″ LCD flat screen television 1080p/60hz resolution Serial #: 16T69178K1.

The television was valued at $530.00.

Police urge anyone who has purchased a similar television to check the serial number.  Anyone with information on this incident or the television is asked to contact Det. Sgt.
