An iconic Minnesota animal is seeing a rapid decline in population.
The moose has decreased almost 50% in the last six years, and researchers aren’t sure why.
Scientists are now using high tech devices to track the animals and test for parasites, disease, malnutrition, all of these are factors in the moos deaths.
The study should show results in about two years.
