Harrisburg City Councilman, Brad Koplinski, announcing Monday that he is seeking the Democratic nomination for Pennsylvania Lieutenant Governor.  Koplinski says there are challenges that Harrisburg has faced, and continues to face, that are not just the concerns of the Capital City.  Koplinski has been a Harrisburg City councilman for the last five years.  He is also an attorney and has worked on some democratic campaigns.
