Harrisburg Man Wanted for Rape of a Child

Harrisburg Police need help finding an accused child rapist. Margarito Collazo-Perez, 26, of Allison Hill, is accused of sexually abusing a girl under the age of 10. The abuse occurred over a period of a few months, prior to police getting involved when the girl was admitted to the Harrisburg Hospital Emergency Room on January 21st. Police say Collazo-Perez had access to the victim over the time period of the alleged abuse, but does not any more.

Collazo-Perez, also known as Margarito Collazo, is apparently aware police are looking for him. Police say he does not have a license to drive in PA. Margarito Collazo recently worked for a landscape company.  He may be using vehicles owned by associates. There is a warrant for his arrest on charges of: Rape of a child less than 13 years of age, Involuntary deviate sex with a child less than 13, Indecent assault-less than 13 years old, Corruption of minors/commission of sex offense, and Illegal contact with minor-sexual offenses
